Begin by picking your team- make sure you choose well. Then, watch to see how they perform in each game. Players score points for appearances (starting or from the bench), tries, conversions, penalties, drop goals, penalties and conversions. Players will lose points for yellow and red cards too though, so think about your choices!

Transfers are locked before each round starts, then re-opens the following Sunday evening once all the scores have been updated.

Leagues are free and easy to set up- simply choose a league name and if it is available it will be created. To join a league, enter the league name and then if it is found your team will automatically join it.

These private leagues let you compete with your friends, colleagues, family, and you can compete against everyone else through the World League. So create your own, tell your friends the league name and you can get competitive!

You can also catch up with the results from the weekend in the app with the results and a report included for you to check up on who is playing well and who has been scoring points, letting you hone your team!
